How we work
Stripping the old covering
We remove the old roof covering including its fixings and cleanly expose the roof surface.
Insulation
Additional insulation layers improve thermal protection and the energy efficiency of your home.
Underlay & counter battens
A diffusion-open underlay membrane and counter battens create a ventilated roof build-up and a second water-bearing layer.
New tiling battens
On the counter battens we fit the tiling battens as a firm, precisely aligned base for the tiles.
New covering
Row by row we lay the new tiles – watertight, storm-proof and durable.
Depending on the project, KfW, BAFA, the QNG seal or state and regional funds may apply. Only one thing is essential: the application has to be in place before work begins.
