Solid construction
Solid construction with substance – from foundation to visible masonry.
Alongside timber construction we also build in solid masonry. We create load-bearing foundations and floor slabs and install semi-precast and solid ceilings correctly.
Whether plastered or exposed masonry and high-quality clinker facing – we build cleanly and to size. With an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS/WDVS) we deliver an energy-efficient, durable building envelope.

Planning & structural design
We plan your solid-construction project and match foundation and statics to the ground.
Foundation & floor slab
We build load-bearing foundations and floor slabs – the base for many years.
Masonry & ceilings
We build to size and install semi-precast and solid ceilings correctly.
Facade & ETICS/WDVS
Clinker or render and a thermal insulation system deliver a durable, efficient envelope.
Depending on the project, KfW, BAFA, the QNG seal or state and regional funds may apply. Only one thing is essential: the application has to be in place before work begins.
