Right of withdrawal

This withdrawal policy applies to consumer construction contracts within the meaning of § 650i of the German Civil Code (BGB) – i.e. contracts under which we, as the contractor, undertake towards a consumer to build a new building or to carry out substantial conversion works. A consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB is any natural person who concludes the contract predominantly for private purposes.

There is no right of withdrawal if the contract has been recorded by a notary (§ 650l sentence 1 BGB).

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. It does not begin to run before you have received this policy in text form.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MAIER & PARTNER INNOVATIVBAU, Luheweg 36, 30851 Langenhagen, Telefon: +49 176 21 457 584, E-Mail: info@mp-innovativbau.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay to you all payments we have received from you without undue delay.

In the event of withdrawal, you must return to us all services you have received from us up to the point of withdrawal. If, by its nature, the return of a service is impossible – for example, if building materials already used cannot be removed without destruction – you must pay us compensation for their value.

The law does not prescribe a specific withdrawal form for consumer construction contracts. For your convenience we nevertheless provide the following model. If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you can complete this form and return it to us.
