With a shell-to-finish house we build the complete, technically demanding structural shell including the building envelope. You carry out the interior fit-out yourself – fully or in part – noticeably lowering the construction cost.

How much you do yourself is up to you. We agree the finishing stage individually with you and support you at every phase with advice, materials and specialist trades where you need them.

This lets you combine the dream of your own home with a realistic budget – without compromising on quality or the building fabric.

This service is often eligible for funding

Depending on the project, KfW, BAFA, the QNG seal or state and regional funds may apply. Only one thing is essential: the application has to be in place before work begins.
