From 3D CAD Plan to Finished House: How Prefabrication Works
Modern timber construction begins on the computer and ends with a precisely assembled house. We show how your home takes shape step by step from a 3D CAD plan.

A modern timber house is today no longer built mainly on the construction site, but largely in the workshop — digitally planned and prefabricated to millimetre precision. This process ensures high quality, short build times and planning certainty.
It all starts with the plan
It begins with a detailed 3D CAD plan in which the entire building is designed digitally — from load-bearing walls to window and door openings and the routing of services. This digital twin makes it possible to think the house through completely before construction starts and to spot potential conflicts early.
Millimetre-precise prefabrication in the workshop
Based on the CAD data, the components are manufactured in the workshop, where computer-controlled machines cut and process the timber to millimetre precision. Walls, floors and roof elements are produced in weather-protected, consistently high quality.
Assembly on site
The finished elements are delivered to the site and assembled. Because everything is precisely prefabricated, the shell of a timber house often stands within a few days. We accompany your project from the first sketch to the handover of the keys.
